1-Bottle Oxygen regulator and aircraft supply line
Includes standard aircraft fitting.
Regulator mounts directly to bottle
Our oxygen regulator systems come in 1-bottle, 2-bottle, 3-bottle, and 4-bottle configurations. Each system is identical except for the number of hoses that connect to the oxygen supply bottles. A 1-bottle system consists of a 36" braided stainless steel, Teflon-lined hose with a threaded brass connector for attaching to the oxygen bottle; an input pressure gauge (showing the pressure of the oxygen in the supply bottle - 3000 psi max); a variable outlet pressure gauge (3500 psi max, showing the pressure of the oxygen being released into the aircraft) controlled by a brass screw valve; and the same type of Teflon-lined, stainless steel braided hose (15-feet long) with a threaded brass connector for attaching to the aircraft's oxygen port. A 2-bottle system is the same, but with two hoses going to the oxygen supply bottles. And so on. Each system is roughly the same size (the additional supply hoses don't add much weight or mass to the system), and they ship in the same 18" x 12" x 12" cardboard box, weighing between 8 and 12 pounds.
